TENDERNESS AT THE CUSP

When sun

Bleeds through the waters

Lancing out to Trestrignel

Dappling like panned gold

They shine brighter

Than any sky

Blushing

As it folds

A candle lights the future

Tenderness at the cusp

Eyes cast down

In some reverence holy

The air gathers

This family

In a sunset cup

Nods to old

And young alike

Divinity

Sought

In that light

Brightest before night
